Our Philosophy

Our philosophy has always been to provide the highest quality legal services to a select number of clients with each member of the firm maintaining expertise in one or more areas of the law. Our firm is composed of only senior attorneys, each having no fewer than 9 years in practice and others with more than 30 years in the firm. 

History of the Firm

Norman M. Pinsky began his practice of law in the City of Syracuse in 1935. When his sons Philip and Roy Pinsky, organized the firm Pinsky & Pinsky in 1972, Norman joined the firm as Of Counsel. In 1981, George Skandalis joined the firm, which subsequently became known as Pinsky & Skandalis. Todd Pinsky, Roy's son, joined his father in the practice after having spent most of the prior decade practicing in Chicago.

The firm was saddened to announce the passing of its founding members Philip Pinsky in July 2011 and Roy Pinsky in March 2012.

Today, the firm consists of two attorneys: George Skandalis and Todd J. Pinsky.
